While we seek justice for the deceased soldier, is the state considering any reparations for the unsolicited attack and harm to innocent citizens?

Theirs is to war against external enemies not their own country men, here is opposite, we put on the uniform to beat, killed your own citizens, meanwhile 99,9 of you only hear the sound of machine gun in war films.
