Digitalization does not operate in a vacuum; it relies and depends on infrastructure. Mahama laid the Fibre Optic Cable across the country. He built the Accra Digital Centre and equipped it with every necessary tool. He built the Data Center for the storage and processing of such material. And you think he was building all these to rear goats there? Take away the political lenses and get healed of myopia.
