This Defeamekpor guy is very childish. He is making this noise and when goes to the supreme Court and the case is thrown out, he will start crying that the Court is biased. It is the parliament of Ghana that agreed on this modalities that if a reassigned minister has already been vetted by the August house there is no need to for them to be vetted again. Since parliament is the master of its own rules, there is no way this matter will survive in court.

This has made our law to be an a la carte menu. Why? The answer is that our law doesn't apply equally to all. Our law courts are full of political judges using draconian laws.
