A young high school child in UK or the US know their civic duties such that they know governance is serious business.

Tax is a necessary evil without which there will be no development. Dr Bawumiah made it clear that he would streamline taxes and in doing so e-levy would go. He wants to make cashless transactions key in the economy so it makes sense to abolish it to make it a reality. His vision could be different from Nana Addo. Brogya Genfi understands this but because of mischief and propaganda he would want to spin it to make Dr Bawumiah look bad.
