One would have expected a better behaviour from such a person who calls himself a lawyer and the amazing thing is that he studied and practiced his trade in Great Britain of all places. The violence practiced by the fore fathers of his party from the UGCC,UP, NLM, PROGRESS etc…has definitely Not gone. Unfortunately once a Murderer always a Killer. How many times has this guy dished this sort of stuff on his opponents? I expect the police to take action whether a complaint has been lodged or not. A legislator who know the law is threatening to attack someone in the presence of the law enforcement officers and the commander could not utter a word but rather speaking out of fear . Is stupid joker and comedian KT Hammond above the law ? The police commander and his team who were at the scene are all fools and spineless. They don’t deserve to be in the police force. They should be ashamed of themselves. The commander must be fired .
