May he rest in peace.

It's great to read about fellow black brothers / sisters, settling in Ghana and made their contribution. Sadly, our own native professionals in the health sector ( doctors & dentists etc. ) once qualified, act like they are only interested in making " big fast bucks" which makes them stick to serving wealthy middle class clientelle to the detriment of the poor patients. Dr. Lee was indeed a true christian evangelist.....
We sometimes read that African-American living in Ghana, complaining of being alienated from locals with the statement...... " we are not accepted..." well...., lack of proper public relations system is to blame for this, but I feel, problems exist to be confronted and handled as delicately as possible to avoid open hostility creating irreconcilable positions. Black brothers and sisters in the USA have enormous reservoir of expertise and experience that could benefit africans on the main continent, and we should actively lobby for those willing with open mind and heart to help out. At least those who have just retired and see that local society has no further need for their services, should be sourced out and enticed to come to Africa and assist even if it means spending six to twenty months before returning to home in US.
