Freedom Fighter, no foreign company or private company cares for Ghana's interests. You must be living on Mars if you expect these companies to babysit Ghana. You generally set up a company to make profits and the multi-nationals also come in for their economic interests and that of their employees and shareholders.

Our government should set up LAWS (to protect our resources)for any company foreign or local to abide by. Our officials should see to it that these companies operate within the limits and constraints of the LAWs IN GHANA. What do we see? Bribery, nepostism, cronyism. How can the Nigerian living close to me in Adjirigano get his water running when I had put in my application forms paid the necessary fee 3 months ahead of him? How can a government put ex-convicts in responsoble state positions? Are we that dumb? Don't we have capable personnel?

The MNC bashing was effective 20 years ago but doesn't work anymore because we are more corrupt. The world has changed .. look at China, Russia, and some of the Asian countries.
