Rawlings must speak to this, he must insist of the arrest and prosecution of these people. They must be jailed for 80 years each if fund. This issues is no different from the insecurity issues in Northern Nigeria. If we don't take care the will influence a lot of people and blood will be shared as mercenaries might take over the area..especially when Exim mobile and GP are interested in the said oil discovery.
