Week 2 in Tema League tips off this weekend

The second week of the 2018 Tema Basketball League season tips off on Sunday April 15 at Tema Community 4’s Court with four games to be played. The first game has Teshie Rangers taking on Teshie Vikings in all Teshies affair with a lot on the line as both teams lost in Week One.

Vikings, with close ties to Rangers, are making their debut in the league and lost 45-58 to Francophone Stars in its first game.

Rangers lost 47-51 to Tema Community 2; the game tips off at 15:30 GMT right before Akatsi Rifles take on Tema Rockets.

Rifles competed in Week One but lost 46-64 to defending league champions Tema Community 4; Rockets will be playing for the first time this season.

After falling 67-69 in a cliff hanger of a game, Tema Community 2 will be looking for a win against Tema Heat who beat Rangers.

The final game has 2016 League champions Nungua Coldstore set to play its first game in season 2018; Coldstore plays Francophone Stars in the final game of the day.
