A leading member of pressure group, Occupy Ghana, is hinting the group may hit the Parliament House soon.
According to Franklin Cudjoe, members of the legislature over the years have not championed the cause of the people who voted them into the House.
Occupy Ghana made up of mostly the middle class has, in recent times, waged war against corruption, especially in the public service.
Their first action was in July when they occupied the seat of government, Flagstaff House, in protest of what they say is the “unbridled corruption” in the Mahama-led administration.
The group has held two successful anti-corruption fora, of which, anti-graft campaigners proffer workable solutions to nib the canker in the bud.
On Asempa FM’s “Ekosii Sen” programme Friday, Franklin Cudjoe also the President of Policy Think Tank, IMANI Ghana it is about time the people stand up for their right.
