We explained our trip to South Africa to the Minister - George Afriyie

The Vice-President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) George Afriyie has revealed that his outfit explained the Black Stars trip to play South Africa.

Afriyie noted that they informed Nii Lante Vanderpuye of the said friendly international with South Africa after engaging him.

The Minister has professed the need for the Stars not to play a friendly international without financial gains.

In an interview with Asempa FM, Afriyie said: “We engaged and explained our trip to S/A to the Sports Minister”.
