Union, NJ -- The Untied Ghanaian Associations of New Jersey organized its First Annual Christmas Jam in Union, NJ The event occurred on Christmas day, 25th
December 2010 and brought together many associations and businesses in the
community.

The event was a fundraiser for Accra Mental Hospital. Music was provided
respectively by Gucci Soundz, Lord Ahimsa and DJ Ace. Three lucky winners
got great prizes through a raffle which was overseen by Mr. Peter Debrah and
Mr.Yaw Nyanteng.

The noted speakers were; Lawyer Emmanuel Ntiamoah, Mr. *Martin Oppong*, the
President of *FRIENDS Club, NJ, *Dr.& Mrs Kumapley.

The associations making it possible for the fundraiser were; The First
Ghanaian Society of NJ, Brong Ahafo Association of NJ, Brothers & Sisters
Association of NJ, New Jersey Ladies Association, Friends Soccer Club,
Ghanaian Association of Southern NJ, Obuasiman Association of NJ, Mfantseman
Association of NJ and Ghanaian Civic Association of NJ.
