Ahmed Hussein-Suale was shot and killed at close range in his car by some unidentified men Wednesday night at Madina.

Eyewitness accounts say Ahmed senior who is a member of the Private Investigative team, was shot several times in the neck and chest by his killers who were on a motorbike.

His body has been deposited at the mortuary of the Police Hospital.

Ace undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw confirmed the death of Ahmed through a Facebook post.

Spokesperson of the team, Latif Abubakar who described the development as unfortunate on Adom FM’s morning show “Dwaso Nsem” Thursday wondered why someone will murder the journalist for performing his lawful duties.

“It’s very sad but we remain focus, we remain resilient and nothing will change our path of work. We hope the police will take charge of the matter,” he stated.

According to him, “Anas is very disappointed and very sad,” he noted.
