Rhema Power Ministries International of Fairfield, near Cincinnati in Ohio, USA, celebrated her 2nd year anniversary from May 20th to May 22nd, 2011. It was three days of praises, worship and prophecy. Members of the church and visitors who converged at the church sanctuary for the three day event experienced great spiritual renewal. The guest speaker for the occasion was Prophet Dr. E’vann Walker of the E’vann Walker Ministries of California. This celebrated man of God congratulated the young church for their wonderful ministry. He recognized Pastor Victoria Kortey and her church for their faithful service to God. He prayed them not to compromise the truth nor surrender to the devil. Preaching on the theme, “A thousand times more”, Deut 1: II, he said Rhema Power Ministries International was founded on the Promise of God, and encouraged the Pastor and the Church to be mindful of all the promises of God and to faithfully expect them.

Pastor Victoria Kortey, in recounting the history of the Church, said she was inspired and called to this ministry by the inspiration of God. From humble beginnings of her household and few friends, the Church has grown immensely, both spiritually and in numbers, with membership from more than six different countries. The curtain to the anniversary was drawn with ordination of Ms. Myrna Thomas as a deaconess of the church, and the cutting of the anniversary cake.
