RCL set to expand Ghana's real estate sector

A Ghanaian Real Estate Company, Ronidany Company Limited (RCL) has initiated moves to begin the construction of one of the biggest residential hub in the country. 

The company currently owns a 2,000-acre land at Ningo Bundase, opposite the Central University in the Greater Accra Region where plans are far advanced to develop it into one of the most affordable and luxurious homes in the country.

Among the many projects, Ronidany is aiming to put up at its Ningo Bundase land includes; a central park which will be located within the 2,000-acre land at Ningo Bundase, a police post where the security of land and property owners will receive 24-hour protection.

There will also be a modernised road network where every major areas within the 2000-acre land will be linked and connected to every part of Tema and its surrounding communities.

In addition to the facilities will be a hospital for the residents to access quality healthcare, a shopping mall where residents can have access to their daily groceries.

In a statement, the Executive Chairman of Ronidany Company Limited, Mr Daniel Akwetey Tetteh, said RCL is a wholly-owned Ghanaian real estate company with speciality in both private and commercial development.

Daniel Akwetey Tetteh, who is also the Board Chairman of Appolonia City, said RCL also specialises in the development, construction and management of residential properties in Accra.
