'Presidency not sex to ask for second round' – Atubiga jabs Mahama

Presidential hopeful of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has launched a scathing attack on former President John Mahama for seeking a second term in office.

Stephen Atubiga beleives since he [Mahama] has tasted the presidency, he should give other capable people in the NDC the opportunity to contribute to national development.

Speaking on Accra-based Peace FM, he said presidency is not like having sexual intercourse for former President Mahama to demand a “second round”.

“Being a president isn’t like sex for Mahama to demand another round,” Atubiga added.

Rather, he said former President Mahama should be a mentor and support his candidature to lead the NDC to victory in the 2020 general elections.
