New Year Resolution: Trust no one in 2019 – Sarkodie

Multiple award-winning rapper Sarkodie has kicked off the new year with a message targeting people who trust too much.

According to the rapper, refusing to trust people will save you from a lot of disappointments in the new year.

He made this known in a series of tweets on January 1, 2019.

“2019 trust no one not even yourself but God and you will save yourself the stress in dealing with a lot of disappointments … Don’t “Trust” but “Love” yourself and others,” he tweeted.

The second tweet said: “’I don’t trust you’ sounds very harsh but it’s the best phrase you can receive from your dear ones …what you need to hear is “I love you” That’s what can keep your relationship 4 life.”

He concluded by saying: “Love will be able to stand the ups and downs but trust won’t … Forgive and forget people and heal your soul … Be the pillar in your family that keeps everyone together.”
