Nana Addo is still writing his exam so I can’t score him - M.anifest

M.anifest has refused to pass judgement on the performances of Nana Addo’s 3-year-old government and he has explained why.

The Ghanaian rapper is a son of renowned Ghanaian razor-sharp lawyer, Tsatsu Tsikata, who worked hand-in-hand with Ex-President Rawlings and the NDC for significant years of his career.

Cornered on Class FM by Prince Benjamin to rate the performance of the sitting NPP government led by Nana Addo, M.anifest said that passing a verdict on the President will amount to marking a student who is still writing an examination paper.

“What is the presidential term? How many years is it? Four years. So, after four years, you can ask me that question… You are asking me to score an exam when the person hasn’t finished writing it. It is what happens at the end of the term that matters, not the mid one,” classfmonline.com quoted him to have said.

Many assume the “Nowhere Cool” rapper may take after his father’s political line but M.anifest always finds the right words to distant himself from partisan political matters though he often addresses political issues and hardship Ghanaians face in his songs.

M.anifest is organising this year’s Manifestivities at the Bukom Arena on 22 December 2019. He is also promoting his new E.P titled “The Gamble”, which already has two hit songs – Tomorrow, featuring Burna Boy and Big mad featuring Simi.
