Others are 11 delivery rooms, a theatre, monitoring and recovery room for three beds, offices for doctors, nurses, orderlies and wash-up area.

The statement said MTNGF also recognised the critical need to support the healthy growth of children particularly and had over the years supported health care projects that benefited children. Recently it donated 91,000 dollars for the refurbishment of the intensive care unit of Princess Marie Louie Hospital in Accra.
