Keep campaign promises - ACAA charges politicians in Christmas message

The Alliance for Christian Advocacy Africa has charged candidates who will be contesting in next year’s Presidential and Parliamentary Elections to be guided by the principle that “promises made must be promises kept.”

In a Christmas message released under the signature of its Chief Executive officer, Rev Dr Kwabena Opuni-Frimpong, the centre tagged the 2020 General Elections as a major national responsibility of the year.

The statement called on politicians to provide the nation with well thought promises in their campaigning in the lead up to the elections.

The statement also charged parents, employers and employees, public and civil servants and church leaders to ensure adherence to their various responsibilities in faithfulness which reflects a moral attribute that God shares with mankind.
