John Dumelo denies marriage reports

Actor John Dumelo is not married, and has no immediate plans of settling down. A media report claimed he performed traditional marriage rites for his would be wife yesterday at private ceremony.

Dumelo tells Live FM‘s Vanessa Gyan, media reports suggesting that he is married is not untrue. He adds that he attended a naming ceremony yesterday, reason why he wore white.

In an Instagram post, he seemed not worried about the rumors.

“Don’t waste words on people who deserve your silence. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is nothing at all…..”

A post by colleague actress, Luckie Lawson fuelled the report that he had gotten married.

"Congratulations on your engagement @johndumelo1 and thank you for letting me in on such a beautiful day like today….. @majidmichelmm_@fredericknuamah @johndumelo1"

It’s safe to say John Dumelo’s current focus is Politics.

Over the weekend, he was at the Cape Coast Stadium where he joined supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to launch its campaign for the 2016 General Elections.

Dumelo has openly endorsed the candidate of the NDC, Prez. John Dramani Mahama and has been campaigning for him to win the upcoming elections.
