Injury denies Nana Ampomah full international debut

Winger Nana Ampomah suffered injury on his international debut as Ghana drew 1-1 with Egypt in the final 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Waasland-Beveren ace run into Saaed Samir inside the Egypt box and suffered a nose injury.

He bled profusely and had to be substituted after 38 minutes.

Kwesi Appiah responded by replacing him with FC Astana.
