I’ll only join NDC if God asks me to - Isaac Owusu Bempah

The founder of Glorious Word and Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah has revealed that he will only join the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) if he is directed by God to do so.

He reveals that since he is doing the work of God, he won’t resist if such a directive comes indicating that he is not a card-bearing member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) as many perceive.

“Do not brand me as political pastor. I am on the side where God has chosen and if in the next 30 years God chooses another political party for me aside from the NPP, I will join. You will be surprise that God will tell me he has used me to work with the NPP and it is now time to work with the NDC, prophesy for them and back their flagbearer with prayers I will hurriedly respond”, he revealed during a sermon monitored by MyNewsGh.com.

According to him, once God is the only person who has given him that directive he will have no option but adhere to the directive.

“Sometimes I used to pray for NDC. God has used me and prophesied for them to win elections in this country and came to government. Those times they came and took me to Abokobi where we fasted and prayed and they won the election…that time I was not an NDC Man of God but when God revealed to me something that did not favour them I have become an enemy to the NDC. Not all NDC members hate me, some of them hate me”, he said.
