A citizen of Guinea Conakry is being accused of having murdered a 31-year-old Angolan youth, in Alto Zambeze district, in Moxico province, with presumably the moral co-authorship of a member of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).

According to the spokesman for the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC), Gustavo Domingos, the fact occurred when the alleged perpetrators assaulted the victim to death inside his yard, after accusing him of being a thief.

He said that after the consummation of the act, the aggressors fled to the municipality of Luau, separated by more than 200 kilometres with the Alto Zambeze, where they were detained by members of the SIC.

The alleged perpetrators of the murder will be presented to the Attorney General's Office to indict them.

During the presentation of the result of a micro-operation, SIC also detained a 35-year-old woman, accused of involuntary murder, after having fed her three-year-old daughter with "caporroto" (homemade alcoholic drink).

The SIC also seized more than a thousand mussivi wood planks, as well as detained 25 citizens who will be presented to the Public Ministry (MP) on suspicion of having committed 15 crimes.
