Get Alan Kyerematen Elected (GAKE) Calling!

Fellow Kukrudites,
In response to the urgent need to get the New Patriotic Party (NPP) into power, come
2016, a group known as Get Alan Kyerematen Elected (GAKE) has been formed in the
Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi. The focus of this group is to get Hon. Alan John
Kwadwo Kyerematen unanimously elected by the NPP delegates for the 2016 elections.
Currently, branches of the group are being set up in all the regions, districts,
constituencies, and polling stations. It is thus imperative we get genuine patriots
who will be able to convince the delegates to vote for a candidate that can win the
NPP political power in 2016.

It is sad that the NPP that performed creditably between 2001 and 2009 have
contested two national elections in 2008 and 2012, but the party has lost twice on
the trot with the same candidate. However, you'd all agree with me that there are no
signs to suggest that the NPP could win Election 2016 with the same candidate. This
requires a change in political strategy.
It is against this background that the NPP delegates started the first change in
Tamale early this month. The change replaced all the old guards - Jake, Sir John etc
with Paul Afoko, Freddie Blay, Sammy Crabbe, Kwabena Agyapong, Otiko Djaba, John
Boadu, Sammy Awuku etc. This represents a new face of the NPP.

What is now left to complete the change is to get a new flagbearer who can add just
one region to Eastern and Ashanti; a flagbearer whose popularity transcends beyond
the NPP boundary. The masses have shown persistently that elections are won on
personalities and not on economic record. Admittedly, any voting should be based on
which party or candidate has the best policy to move Ghana forward. This has been
the thinking of all those who consider themselves as 'politically matured' or
literates. But, how many are those people in Ghana? The masses who vote on
personalities seem to be more than those who consider themselves as 'literates'. It
is therefore important for the NPP to respect this opinion and give the masses what
they want.

For me, Alan Cash, a native of both Central and Ashanti Regions can do the trick. If
we are lucky to get Dr. Bawumia as running-mate or pick someone from the Brong-Ahafo
Region, that will be a done deal for the NPP in 2016. Alan exhumes humility,
affability, competence, beauty etc that can match and beat John Mahama one touch.
We just need one more change for power.

I'm therefore by this notice asking all and sundry to join this important group to
ensure that the over 120,000 NPP delegates vote for a change in flagbearership as
happened in the national executive elections in Tamale.
At this juncture, the group would like to have regional, district, constituency,
electoral, and polling station coordinators who will be resourced financially and
materially to psyche the minds of the delegates for this meaningful change.
Delegates and non-delegates are welcome. Therefore, all those who want to be part of
this history should please contact me on the following numbers:
