Former Ghana coach now with Lithuanian club Stumbras

Former Black Stars Coach Mariano Barreto is now the head Coach for Lithuanian Premier League side Stumbras.

The Portuguese trainer has been working as the head Coach of the Club for the past three months.

Barreto who began Ghana’s campaign for the 2006 FIFA World Cup was appointed after leaving his role as the Ethiopian National team Coach last year.

The 59-year-old after his short spell with the Black Stars had stints with Portuguese Premier League side Marítimo as well as Russian outfits Dynamo Moscow and Kuban Krasnodar where he worked as an assistant Coach.
