'Depressed' Funny Face asks for prayers

Comedian, Benson Ohene Oduro Boateng popularly known as Funny Face has called on all to remember him in prayers.

This comes few days after he confirmed that he secretly ended his two-year old marriage with wife, Elizabeth Nana Adjoa Ntim.

Funny face confirmed the divorce via his social media accounts, adding that the divorce happened seven months ago.

On Friday morning, the comedian shared a video on Instagram with the caption, “#FunnyFans pls (please) keep me in your prayers… I’m really going through a lot… Can’t hide my emotions and feelings anymore!!”

In the said video, the comedian is heard saying he will never tarnish the image of a lady who once warmed his bed. He further denied granting interviews to destroy the reputation of his former wife.

“I’ve been with her, she once shared my bed… Some of her friends who know the story want me to talk but no! What will I get?… I will not come out and tarnish her image… People say I’m granting interviews. I have never spoken to anybody” he said.
