Articulated truck kills two people on motorbike in Kumasi

An articulated truck loaded with goods has killed two persons on a motorbike at the Asokwa interchange opposite the divisional police command.

According to eyewitnesses, the motorbike rider who was over speeding failed to control the steer of the bike while negotiating a curve and unfortunately run under the onrushing truck.

The deceased are yet to be identified by the residence of Asokwa.

The remains were mangled beyond recognition with parts of their body spread all over the road.

The unfortunate development has intensified traffic on the busy Asokwa Atonsu major road with police trying to assist.
