Amissah-Arthur's 'short people' comment angers Andy Dosty

Radio presenter and DJ with the Multimedia Group Ltd, Andy Dosty, has visited the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo to endorse his candidature.

Andy Dosty paid a courtesy call on Nana Akufo-Addo at his Nima residence on Friday.

His endorsement comes on the back of reports that Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur had spoken derogatively about persons who are not tall.

The vice-president is reported to have said short people need to be lifted up before they can see the achievements of the John Mahama led-government, in a veiled jab at the opposition leader who is of average height.

Andy Dosty earlier expressed very strong misgivings about Amissah-Arthur’s statement.
