Aglow holds post-election thanksgiving service

A non-denominational post-elections National Thanksgiving Service dubbed “Aforebo Kese” – celebrating the goodness of God, comes off on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Black Star Square, Accra at 7 a.m.

The programme under the auspices of Aglow International has as its theme: “Out of Ghana shall come thanksgiving.” (Jeremiah 30:19).

A statement by the group said the Lord had been very gracious unto Ghana, “for He has fought to deliver this nation from destruction by preserving the peace and stability of Ghana before, during and after the elections and we need to give Him all the glory for the wisdom, directions and the insight He gave to all stakeholders.”

It petitioned the general public to come with their vuvuzelas, whistles, white handkerchiefs and any praise gadgets to praise our Maker.

Aglow International said the music ministers at the function would include No Tribe, Aglow Choir, Aglow Tambourine Choir, Jasper Band, Royal Sparrows, Ghana Dance Ensemble and God’s Gift International Band.

The statement said the representatives from all the regions would be part of this historic thanksgiving service.

The attire is anything Ghana. The programme would be telecast live on GTV at 10a.m.
