According to the Africa Regional Research & Strategy Manager, Emmanuel Leslie Addae, the organization as a key stakeholder of Africa’s development has a massive role to play in the process. “As a youth empowerment social enterprise in Africa and a stakeholder of Africa’s socio-economic and political development, we believe in a better Africa based on proactive and sustainable programs and policies that best addresses issues surrounding youths especially in the area of employment and work. As an organization, our call to duty revolves around these issues. We have, and are playing our part towards that mandate, and we call on governments and key stakeholders across Africa to be highly proactive and put in collaborative effort in solving the problem of decent and sustainable work without compromising the ability to meet future needs in the work environment.”
