The Tema Regional Police Command has arrested four students of Ada Senior High Technical School after a viral video showed one of them brandishing a cutlass and threatening colleagues on campus.
According to a police statement, the video came to the attention of officers at about 12:10 a.m. on May 22, 2026, leading to the immediate deployment of a night patrol team to the school.
With the assistance of school authorities, police arrested Raymond Gyamfi, Oscar Amemoair, and Odartey Wilson, all aged 18, together with a juvenile who were identified in the footage.
The suspects are currently in police custody assisting with investigations.

The Tema Regional Police Command urged students to use established school procedures to resolve disputes instead of resorting to violence or intimidation.
Police also appealed to parents and school authorities to strengthen supervision and discipline to ensure safety on school campuses.
“The Command assures the public that investigations are ongoing and further developments will be communicated in due course,” the statement added.
