Welcome to Day 2 of President-elect Donald Trump's Cabinet hearings, which will feature more scrutiny for Jeff Sessions and former Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson's day in the hot seat.
All of that could be overshadowed by Trump's first press conference in six months. Yesterday, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions was grilled for more than 10 hours by the Senate Judiciary panel, while retired Gen. John Kelly sat before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
Rex Tillerson faces a grilling today at his Senate confirmation hearing to be secretary of state that comes after CNN reported that Russia may have compromising information about Trump.
Democratic senators plan to question Tillerson about his ties to Russia during the time he was leading the international oil giant.
