Fatau was signed by Udinese Calcio in 2011, being registered with Granada CF, and was subsequently loaned to Cádiz CF, but only appeared with the B-team in the fourth level. A season later, he joined CD San Roque de Lepe, also on loan. He finished the season with 33 appearances (2899 minutes of action). On 18 August 2013 Fatau made his first team – and La Liga – debut, playing the last five minutes of a 2–1 away victory over CA Osasuna.
