Aduana set to sign Helegbe and Manu

Former Ghana U23 captain Michael Helegbe is close to a move to Aduana Stars, according to reports in the local media.

The 28-year-old has ended his contract with Tarkwa-based Medeama SC and is looking to join a new club and Aduana Stars seem to be his next destination.

Aduana Stars, who beat relegation on the final day of last season, are keen to bolster their squad for the upcoming season and have already began talks with the former Liberty Professionals and Asante Kotoko winger for his signature.

Meanwhile, the Fire Club are also bent on landing free agent Stephen Manu who has exited New Edubiase United after a five-season spell.

Manu was linked a returnees Great Olympics but with the Wonder Club capturing former Asante Kotoko hit-man Eric Bekoe, he has opted to head back to the Brong Ahafo Region to sign for Aduana Stars.
