Adukor signs for Trofense

Ghanaian midfielder Joachim Adukor has signed for Portuguese lower-tier side Trofense on a two-year deal, Goal Ghana can exclusively reveal.

Adukor, 21, played for Swedish side Gefle IF but had less playing time which engineered his move to Portugal after also trying it out in Czech Republic.

The former Tema Emirates player featured in the play-offs for Gefle in their Europa League qualifying campaign for the 2013-14 season.

He is expected to bring stability to the midfield of coach Luis Diogo and also help them qualify to the elite division.
