Hearts unaware of disunity in camp - spokesman

Hearts spokesman Muheed Saeed says he’s unaware of claims of disunity in the club following their heavy defeat against All Stars in the Ghanaian top-tier on Wednesday.

Hearts lost back-to-back against the Wa-based side in a humiliating 3-0 defeat in front of their home fans at the Accra sports stadium.

But beleaguered coach Mohammed Polo attributed their recent slump in form to lack of unity and saboteurs.

But club spokesman Muheed Saeed has brushed aside such suggestions, claiming the top brass are unaware.

“He (Polo) has not said anything of that sort to management or the board. As far as I know there is unity in the team,” Saeed told Accra-based Power FM

“If he says there is lack of unity, has he contacted anybody? If he aware of such things he should tell us.

“He has not articulated that to us. I go to the training ground and I don’t see any signs of disunity in the team.”

Hearts crashing defeat has sparked agitations for the removal of the ex-Ghana trainer but he is adamant to quit despite the growing calls.
