Osam Duodu backs Sellas to win second African U20 trophy

Experienced Ghanaian coach Osam Duodu is backing Sellas Tetteh to win a second African Youth Championship title.

Duodu, who won Ghana’s first title at the 1993 finals in Mauritius, believes the former Rwanda boss can repeat his 2009 feat.

“He is capable of doing that because he has shown it over the years, I’m really proud of him,” he told Joy Sports

“Sellas is somebody who listens and that is what is helping him, all he needs to do is to focus and win the final game and make that history.

“It is not because of goal king or best player that is why I’m here. I’m here for the ultimate and by the Grace of God we will take the trophy,” he added.

Ghana will face Egypt in the final of the 2013 African Youth Championship to be played at the Ahmed Zabana Stadium in Oran.
