Spanish Segundo Division side Real Zaragoza are set to terminate their loan deal with Ghanaian forward Raphael Dwamena after the lanky attacker was diagnosed with heart defects.

Raphael Dwamena has been diagnosed with a career ending Heart defects that is set to rule him out of football indefinitely after a promising start to his young career.

Real Zaragoza poached the rampant forward from Levante UD on a loan deal in their quest to seal topflight football for the 2020/21 Spanish La Liga Season.

The second tier side are however forced to look into their European transfer in search of a replacement for their vanquished Ghanaian import.

Further test will be performed on the one time lethal forward in the coming days as they seek to confirm the earlier diagnosis to avoid any risk.

Dwamena missed the chance to join the English Premier League back in the summer of 2018 due to similar issues with the heart.
