Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong says the club's chances of winning this season's Ghana Premier League are still alive.

The Porcupine Warriors are still in fourth place after fight back to earn a 1-1 draw at Sekondi Hasaacas.

This leaves them four points behind leaders Wa All Stars with four matches left to the end of the season.

With difficult matches against Berekum Chelsea at home and two tantalizing away games at Medeama and AshantiGold and final showdown with WAFA, Frimpong insists nobody should write them off.

"We are not down and out. We still have hopes of winning the league because anything can happen in the game of football," the versatile defender said on Kumasi-based Fox FM.

"We are working hard to claim all three points in our next game against Berekum Chelsea. That's the most important thing.

"From there we will see what we can do to make things better in our subsequent three matches."
