Ashanti Gold goalkeeper Fatau Dauda says he is not disappointed after he was left out of the Black Stars squad for the upcoming Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda.

Dauda was not included in Avram Grant’s 23-man squad despite his impressive form in the second round of the League.

The Israeli selected Spain-based Razak Brimah, Rosenberg new signing Adam Kwarasey and WA All Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori ahead of the former Orlando Pirates gloves-man.

The ex-Chippa United shot-stopper says he is not disappointed to have been excluded from the team.

“Not at all, I am not disappointed, These goalkeepers are good as well, they also deserved the call-up so I am not disappointed,” he told pressmen.

“I just have to work hard and make sure I earn a call-up next time. I need to improve on my performance so I will be invited.”

The Black Stars will open camp in Accra next week before taking on their Amavubi on September 3.
