Asante retains position as B/A FA chairman

Augustine Asante has retained his position as Chairman of the Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association after winning Tuesday’s election in Sunyani.
He beat the youthful Ralph Gyamerah by 27 votes.

Asante polled 103 votes whiles his contender Gyambrah had 76 votes out of the total votes cast.

He also gets the nod to represent the region on the Ghana Football Association Executive Committee.
