United Arab Emirates side Al-Wahda will sign a partnership agreement with high-flying Ghanaian side Medeama next week, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The partnership will see the Maroon share its coaching and business expertise with the two-time FA Cup champions.

The Abu Dhabi-based side will also offer practical support and advice in youth coaching, player development, fitness and medical matters, and football business strategy to the Mauve and Yellows.

Al-Wahda president Morsi Hisaham Fouad will arrive in Ghana next week to sign the deal with the Tarkwa-based side on October 8.

The deal was brokered by Step by Step Football Management and will see Medeama benefit immensely from coaching expertise and exchange programmes.

Medeama will work closely with Al Wahda to help the club build and grow its brand in the emerging African territory.

The gulf side will also offer financial support to the Ghanaian side ahead of their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup next year.

Highly-respected Medeama president Moses Armah wil hold talks with Morsi Hisaham Fouad on other areas that will be mutually beneficial to both clubs.

Medeama won their second FA Cup afte beating Asante Kotoko 2-1 last month.
