Razak Braimah eager to keep clean sheets in Black Stars games

Ghana shot-stopper, Razak Braimah is eager to keep clean sheets in Black Stars matches at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations after the Spain-based goalkeeper made Coach Avram Grant’s 31-man provisional list for the continental championship.

The Mirandes glovesman, who has so far made 4 appearances for Ghana, has recorded a poor concession rate in recent national team assignments after conceding goals in the AFCON 2015 qualifiers against Uganda in Kampala and Togo in Tamale.

“Every goalkeeper will like to end every game without conceding, but it's normal that anything can happen in football. I am going to work on it and correct my errors. I am going to work and every time I go to [the] field, the rest is football, you can never predict,” the Braimah said.

Braimah will be challenging Ernest Sowah, Fatau Dauda and Stephen Adams for one of the three spots in the final 23-man AFCON 2015 squad

The 27-year-old, who will not be able to fly down to Accra for the Black Stars training on December 29 because he has to remain in Spain for Mirandes Segunda Division game against Deportivo Alaves.
