Islamic scholars will always want us to believe that Muslims are not permitted by Islam to consume pork because of the reverence and respect they have for pigs because of how a pig led the prophet of Islam and his warriors to a fountain of safe drinking water when they were almost dying of thirst. This is a fallacy because the attitude of Muslims to the omnivorous mammal speaks volumes of a hidden agenda. The question is , why do muslims hate pigs with passion to the extent killing them instanta when they come across them.You remember the Egyptian government wiped pigs from the face of that country on a flimsy excuse that swine flu was caused by pigs when in actual fact there was no scientific evidence to that effect. This is synonymous to saying chicken pox is caused by domestic fowls. A tradition has it that when the prophet of Islam died his partly decomposed body was hidden in a tent pending consultation with other Muslim leaders of the time since majority of his followers wanted the Muslim Ulma to announce that the prophet was simply taken to heaven by angels. Science, Creation and Hinduism

Recently there has been a resurgence of discussions on teaching creationism in science classes as a result of the Indiana senate bill. I would like to emphasize strongly that science teachers should not be required to teach these ideas in science classes. Such ideas have not met rigorous standards of scientific research. Let scientists decide what should be taught in science classes. Just saying that God created everything hardly explains anything. Everyone is welcome to challenge a scientific model, but then one has to provide an alternate model which explains the same or more data in a better way. People happily use results of scientific progress, such as technological products, drugs and medical procedures. Then they should also accept conclusions that follow from the scientific method. In science, you cannot pick and choose only the conclusions that are consistent with your beliefs. In addition, school children are not mature enough to understand the difference between rigorously established scientific models and individual beliefs. I am writing this as a scientist and a longtime member of the Hindu temple of central Indiana who believes that religion has a very important place in life, but it is not in the science classroom.
Now I would like to explain briefly concepts of Hinduism, since it is one of the religions mentioned in the bill. Many American readers may not know about Hinduism. Let me start by saying there is no essential conflict between Hindu philosophy and modern science. Hindus believe that there is a fundamental entity called Brahman (God) that created (actually manifested) the universe and pervades everything, living and nonliving. Interestingly this is similar to what modern physics says –i.e., everything is made out of the same constituent particles. You may worship Brahman in any form you choose. This is the reason why Hinduism allows worship of any god who symbolically represents Brahman. The law of Karma, which says there is a consequence to everything one does, is similar to the law of action and reaction of physics. As for creation, Hindu scriptures always maintained that there are cycles of creation and destruction lasting billions (not thousands) of years. According to modern physics, the age of the universe since the big bang is close to 14 billion years. Also, some of the philosophical descriptions of reality of nature in Hindu scriptures are remarkably similar to the description of reality in quantum physics.
Hindu belief is that the soul has to pass through 8.4 million species of living forms before getting to a human birth. Surprisingly, this number is close to the number of species known to biologists! Also, according to the mythological stories, avatars (incarnations) of God came to earth in the form of fish, land animals and eventually human beings. Of course, science would not go that far, but the progressive evolution through various species is the basis of theory of evolution. Thus Hindus have no problem with the theory of evolution. Darwin’s theory was remarkably prophetic, since, at that time, he did not know about DNA evidence of evolution, evolution of drug resistant bacteria or fossil evidence of transition of species etc. which came up much later (see, PBS program on “what Darwin never knew”).
Like other religions, Hinduism also has the usual commandments, such as speak truth, lead a responsible moral life, do not steal, do not commit unnecessary violence, etc.
Finally, we should recognize the differences in methods and domains of science and religion. Science always deals with sensory perceptions whereas, very often, religion deals with extra-sensory perceptions. Thus religion goes beyond verified science. From a scientific point of view, as yet, there is no understanding of consciousness, concept of soul or for that matter, what happens after we die. I believe, most scientists would not have any problem if there is a class on world religions in schools, and such things are discussed there. After all, religion does play an important role in our society. In my opinion, there is no conflict between belief in God (as long as it is consistent with laws of nature) and science.

We human beings have a sin problem which we pass on to our generations. Such is what we see in Adam and Eve who were created originally in God's image, but brought children in a world defiled by sin.
"And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth" (Genesis 5:3).
To correct the sin problem, God revealed his plan of salvation, the Covenant of grace hinged on one person, Jesus the Christ, in Eden and renewed his coming to earth through patriarchs, prophets and sacrifices..
"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" (John 1:12).
In Islam and other religions their founder and their god/s reveal their salvation.

In Christianity, God reveals Christ as the Covenant of his grace. Those who believe (accept) him as their Savior are called the children of God.

Jesus the Christ is God's revealed covenant for man.

When the Christian allows God to live his life through him, "There is therefore now no condemnation ( guilt) to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit" Romans 8:1).
Instead of the sins of carnal mind (the old nature which loves to sin) we see God's character as the fruit of the Spirit.
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law" (Galatians 5:22-23).
"Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged. Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? Eve sacrificed the truth which was given to her by God for a lie from Satan. Here begins the alternate religions-- a lie from Satan. When we do not want God's truth, which is always redemptive, we will choose the default of Satan--smooth words, which has our destruction as a goal. Satan promised Eve that she will not surely die, but both Adam and Eve died. Remember there was no way Eve could prove the veracity of Satan's interpretation of what God has made known to Adam and Eve.
Jesus is coming soon, and he is coming for a prepared people, who have received forgiveness from him now while their earth's probation has not closed such as in death. Waiting the last minute to perform a ritual will be sheer folly! When we accept Jesus, he forgives us of our sins and helps us to fight sin in our lives.
"For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape" (1 Thessalonians 5:2-3).
Is the word of God corrupted by the Jews and Christians? Remember the fall of Adam and Eve. If they had believed the revealed word of God, they would still be living in Eden with their descendants because God created them with eternal life in mind.
"Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began (Titus 1:1-2).

Also in "The Spiritual Background of Islam", Middle East scholar, Dr Bravmann, also reveals that the term "Islam" did not originally mean Mohammed's religion or that of any Jewish patriarchal religion as claimed by Muslims. According to Dr Bravmann, the word "Islam" was a "secular concept denoting a sublime virtue in the eyes of the primitive Arab; defiance of death, heroism,to die in battle,etc." The term denoted bravery in battle. It did not mean peace or sumission. Marshal Hodgson reminds us that the English word "assassin" is purely of Arabic origin. It was orignally "Hasha Shashin", (or assassinus in Latin) meaning 'smokers of hashish'. Finally after the crucifixion and his ascension, God in the HOLY SPIRIT. Secondly,i am asking for help here, the bible is the first book of its kind before the Quran, NO where in the bible have they mentioned 7(seven) heavens. So my question is where this so called Mohammed ascention to the seven heavens where he met God to receive the five daily prayers of islam? (Ihraj wal Mihraj). I could not find the answer till i was reading a book titled 'Occult Grand master now in CHRIST' written by Dr. Ezorma book 1. it was clearly stated there that the demonic kingdoms are divided into 7 (seven) Heavens. Read this book to see how similar it is with the description given by Mohammed in the ihraj wal mihraj. Thirdly, it is written in the bible Genesis, that Abraham was instructed by God to sent his illegally married wife Hagar away with her child Ismael, and he did so, but it was not as far away from israel as present day Mecca which is about 1000 km away from israel. For prove when Abraham finally died the promised child who is Isaac left the copse and went and called Ismael his brother to come and together they buried Abraham in the tomb called the machpela. If ismael had been far away as the moslems are claiming that would have been impossible. We also have Ismaelites in Israel. A bible atlas shows the movement of Abraham he never set foot in Yasrib as Mecca was not even in existence. So my question now is why this so called hajj pilgrimage to mecca because Abraham started it?. Africans should investigate this so called arabians who are very wicked and selfish people before accepting any false doctrines they churn out.

God is reconciling mankind unto HIMSELF through HIS Son, Jesus Christ.
The need for reconciliation stems from the fact that humanity has fallen short of the glory that befits us as humans to merit the relationship which, hitherto, existed between Adam (also Eve) before the fall.
God, in HIS perfect wisdom and knowledge has offered HIS Son Jesus Christ on our behalf to redeem us from sin and death. Christ is the perfect lamb that God offered (to end all animal sacrifices by the Jews, and indeed those of the entire world(1st Corinthians 10 verse 20).
See the prophecy of Daniel concerning Christ sacrifice causing the end of animal sacrifice. Animal Sacrifice, among other rituals (in accordance with the ceremonial laws), instituted among the Jews by God were all a shadow (pointing to Christ) of the reality. The reality is Christ(Please, read the book of Hebrews).
Humanity has always, in their self righteousness, been aspiring to reconcile with God, hence the proliferation of countless religions.
The Jews, being the custodians of the ORACLES(screed commitments) of God were entrusted with the sole responsibility of observing and exercising the ceremonial and moral laws, by way of Worshiping God, all in preparation towards the coming of Christ who came to reconcile humanity back to God.
It has to be understood that in the new dispensation, God affirmed his covenant as promised unto Abraham that, by means of him(Abraham), the whole world would be blessed. Infact, all the promises of God has been effected or bestowed on us through the Son of God.
It is important to heed and acknowledge what the covenant God of Israel has done for us through HIS Son, Jesus Christ. An individual must humbly take the responsibility and investigate this, prayerfully, otherwise you would be disappointed on the day that is to come.
The bottom line, God has given us Life and that Life is in Christ. You are to proclaim this Truth to others that Salvation is in Christ. Baptism (proper one, immersion) after believing is crucial.
If you can read and write, it should not be difficult for you to seriously investigate your spiritual need. Jesus Christ said it that those who are conscious of their spiritual needs are blessed!
Ignorance of the Truth is no excuse, because there are many who have a lot of resources at their disposal to be sure of all things through a thorough study of the WORD,the very WORD that became flesh and dwelt among humanity.
Remember, everything that God does, is through the instrumentality of HIS Son, Jesus Christ and by the power of the HOLY GHOST.
Do not let the fear of man to prevent you from finding the Truth and taking the right decision, else it will cost you so much. Remember, each one of us came into this world at a particular time, place and circumstance, and definitely pass away at our own respective times, place and under unique circumstances.
Jesus Christ is the HOPE of GLORY. Prior to HIS ascension, he commanded that we should go into the world to preach the Good News, whoever believes should be Baptized in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe ALL things which I have commanded you.
It is this Gospel that we preach, for there is no other name under the heavens by means of which one could be saved!
God has done his part of the covenant. Acknowledge it and do your part.
