But given that religion is matter of freedom of worship, can it be suggested that once born into your parents religion, you are being deprived off of your freedom to worship?
That is the reason why I am of the opinion that Freedom of worship must precede "parental control" to worship until the individual decide what, where he or she wants to worship.

My extended forebears have been part of the Ummah for several generations, but one of my grandparents became a kaafir instead, so I was told. I was allowed to choose my own religion when I became of age. I investigated both Islam and Christianity thoroughly. I chose Christianity over Islam because of several reasons: 1. all the founders of religions such as Mohammed (may his Allah's peace be upon him), Buddha, Joseph Smith, etc. are all waiting in the graves while Jesus (in heaven/paradise after his death), the Lamb of God, investigates their cases to see if their cases bear the image of God which Adam lost through sin while in the Garden of Eden.
"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death" (Romans 8:1-2).
"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1 John 3:1-2).
2. The Two Feasts.
All are invited to the feasts while we are alive on earth. Death limits one's ability to make a choice. God's people who have been deemed worthy to enjoy the marriage supper of the Lamb (in the first resurrection) will enjoy a sumptuous feast whereas those who didn't make it to heaven will be feasted by wild beasts (when Jesus comes again).
"And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God" (Revelation 19:9).
"And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great" (Revelation 19:17-18).
Have you ever heard about people talking to rocks? it will be the prayer of those who reject the Sonship of Christ, the only means of man's salvation.
"And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?" (Revelation 6:14-17).
3. The subject about death.
The Bible says the dead are in their graves awaiting a change in their condition. They are "asleep" (John 11:11-14). Islam believes the martyrs go to paradise to get their reward. Certainly, both positions cannot be right. Since there is no way to prove the Islamic position, I opted for the Christian because Christ came back after his resurrection.

The man(Mohammed's scribe) who made changes to the quran and defected to join the pagans of Mecca and boasted to the pagan about how he often corrupted the quran was beheaded when Mohammed conquered Mecca. He was a nephew of one of Mohammed's companions(It seem Abubakar). When Mecca fell into the hands of muslims, he went together with his uncle(Mohammed's companion)to seek for forgiveness. Mohammed we are told, nodded his head as if he had forgiven him. But as soon as his uncle left the scene, he ordered that he should be killed and he was beheaded. The problem with your scriptures is that they contradict in some narrations. For example, the Jewish woman who poisoned Mohammed and one of his apostles is said to have been beheaded. Yet in another hadith, it is reported that she was forgiven. So which is which?

Unfortunately, your argument for God existence in line with some other beliefs is inward evident, for the fact that you are using the same imaginary God existence to proof existence of God. My point is, why not God appearing to every person that He exists rather than through dreamers? Faith peoples' main point of argument is that there MUST be God because this world could not come by itself. Already conceived that opinion without facts they would want to establish facts out of opinion and that makes their argument for God self-defeating.
Fine, scientist say if this earth cannot exist on its own lets find who caused it without imagining things. I wish God appears to all peoples to say He exits and He did this and that other than we attributing peoples' point of view as facts. When scientists and other unsupertitous humans say something they must proof their case with evidence as well, by which they do. The problem with believers is, we argue to defend the existence of God in a case where even the actual 'designers' of God (ie God writers like Moses, Mohammed, etc) could not by themselves proof with facts than imaginations.
More so, non believers say that the qualitative attributes of God such as merciful, forgiving, etc have proofed no God because earthly society is going through painful challenges like death, diseases, etc whiles He God even though good as believers say look and stare without responding to proof that the qualities and power which believers say He has is true by facts.
All the people you quoted as scientists proofing a case for God existence never used chekable facts as non-believers want. They have join the bandwagon of imagining things which do by no replicatively convincing us about God's existence. Call any believer and say where did you see God to believe in Him and, they would make reference to stories based on writers opinions. If the world had come this far to deal with our challenges particularly through observational and research studies just imagining things without establishing facts, then we would have cease to exist by now.

That's why when we 'believe=gamble' in something without we ourselves knowing what that thing is and why we should believe in it, we would be wise to stop complain, accuse, condemn, criticise, blame, reject, etc. other people who either do same as we do or decide to do nothing or otherwise like science?
What maybe worrying is that, unfortunately, we are 'faithing' in something that is not of our own imagination of God but rather on what other people tell us God should exist and be like what they think. Then, we who follow other people to God of which the leaders are by themselves imagining would turn to fight, argue, fuss, hate, kill, etc for no reasons than foolishness. What profit is gained in this foolish behaviour?
Honestly, many of us Africans are overdoing faith because, our physical needs are woefully met. So we turn to kind of substitute faith to deal with our inadequacies and insufficiencies. Example, if we could be honest and trust ourselves to go by the debilitating issues eroding the value of our Cedi as every logical thinking people in the world do, why would there be need for God and prayer for such common sense issues? People are being misled by the faith.
Again, I can say that most people do not believe in their faith but they have no option of taking a risk in case what Moses said it happened to Noah community come again, isn't? If not so, why societies that are drowned in faith have highest level of corruption, crime, diseases, poverty, and other such evils than societies without much faith?

What Islam has failed to do is to be able to teach its followers the actual message of Islam than just being born into the religion and taking it for granted.
Why do we have different groups of people reading the same Quran having different understanding of the messages it carries. The Talibans,Alqaeda, Buko Haram etc all think God cannot fight His own battle if the need be.The Quran says there is no compulsion in religion so why are some groups advocating for an Islamic state and the implementation of sharia laws.
I honestly doubt if there are any muslims today who think its ok to be married to a 9 year old girl. But this once happened and no one has been bold enough to condemn it because the perpetrator is a highly revered person. Lets consult our conscience and see where our morals will take us to.

Professor Tom Armstrong has denied saying that the Quran was miraculous. He says the words were taken out of context in an interview. You can see it on youtube.

No religion is better than the other and i believe religion has it place if you believe it. We can equally live in a morally upright society without religion with reason and scientific deduction. Eventually education and scientific enquiry is what will drive innovation and move our society forward. I think any religion which speaks of the truth should embrace the fact that it gets scrutinized like everything else. I was brought up a christian but has encountered people with different religions and ideologies and in the end I have learnt to question everything.

Some Christians claim that the Quran has a scientific error in it regarding sperm production
This is incorrect again. The critic focuses on the verses 86:6-7, especially verse 7 as this is where their contention is directed. The critic claims the Quran (86:7) is telling us that semen is produced between the backbone (sulb) and the ribs (tara’ib). The Arabic words mentioned by the Quran are sulb and tara’ib. Tara’ib is thought to mean ribs...However, the chief point of interest is the word sulb. Sulb can be translated as ‘loins’ or ‘backbone’ or ‘lower back’. The critic favours the translations which use the word ‘backbone’ as they use it to attack the Quran by claiming the Quran teaches that semen is produced between the backbone (sulb) and the ribs (tara’ib).
However, the critic is very selective in deciding which translation to use as he/she avoids the numerous translations which translate ‘sulb’ as ‘loins’. They avoid these translations as they scupper their critical claims straight away as loins. Here, the word loins refers to:
a. The region of the hips, groin, and lower abdomen.
b. The reproductive organs. (1)
So the critic refrains from using this translation for the word sulb as it is clearly scientifically accurate, ie the semen is produced in the are between the loins and ribs. So, if we translate the Quran (86:7) this way there is no contention. The misleading methodology of the critic is to avoid mention of the numerous translations which translate the word sulb as loins. Not only do they avoid mentioning the numerous translations using the word ‘loins’ they highlight translations which use the word ‘backbone’. This is rather deceptive, especially considering a number of non-Muslim translators, including a Christian translator, translates it as ‘loins’ ( A.J Arberry, George Sale, J.M Rodwell and Henry E Palmer) as well as a number of Muslim translators who also use the word loins (Hamid S Aziz, Muhammad M Ghali, Muhammad M Pickthall and Mohammad Asad) (4). It is unscholarly as well as misleading on the part of the critic not to mention this important fact.
However, the critic does use Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s translation which translates it as ‘backbone’, therefore rendering a meaning of between the backbone and ribs. So the critic understands the Quran as teaching us that semen is produced between the backbone and ribs. In the way of intellectual honesty I do not want the reader to believe that only Abdullah Yusuf Ali translates this verse by using the word ‘backbone’, Shakir and Khan/Hilali also do this. The question still remains; which word should be used in the translation?
Well, the critic does not tell you that Dr Edward William Lane’s Lexicon indicates the word sulb’ to mean ‘loins’ and even refers to the verse in question (86:7) as referring to the ‘loins’. So it does seem that the more accurate translation of this would be “between the loins and the ribs” as opposed to “between the backbone and the ribs” (4). Hence the critic uses the weaker translation.
However, even if we assume the critic to be correct and take the translation; “between the backbone and the ribs” we still see no scientific error. The critic assumes that the ejaculate (semen) emanates from the testes, this is incorrect. Sperm is produced in the testes and is then transfered to the seminal vesicles awaiting ejaculation, the=is accounts for 5 % of the ejaculate, the rest of the ejaculate comes from the seminal vesicles (46-80%),with the prostate gland and the bulbourethral and urethral glands producing the rest of the ejaculate (2). At the time of ejaculation, all this (semen, which contains the sperm) is released
From the seminal vesicles which are in fact between the backbone (coccyx, lower back) and the ribs! So if we run with the translation of the critics we see something that people would describe as a scientific miracle and not a scientific error.
Osama Abdallah says the same thing but goes into a little more detail (bracketing is mine):
“If one was to insist upon the literal meaning (the translation favoured by the critics), one would still find that the Quran is 100% correct literally, too. The seminal vesicles are anterior to the sacrum and coccyx (lower back, loin) and the ribs are anterior to the seminal vesicles.
If one was to draw a line from the tip of the coccyx, to the upper portion of the seminal vesicle _ either one of the two_ and extend the line forward it will catch the ribcage.The seminal vesicles from which the semen spurts out during coitus, lies between the ribs and the coccyx (backbone)!” (3)
The irony is that the critics accuse the Quran of making a scientific error yet the error is on their part as they only believe it to be an error as they wrongly believe semen emanates from the testes, while in fact in emanates from the seminal vesicles which are in between the backbone and the ribs! So now we all know the critics are being unfair, unscholarly and misleading when they claim the Quran (86:6-7) tells us that semen is produced in the kidneys etc.

As far as i know, there is no compulsion in religion, those Muslim countries who punish and prosecute non Muslims against their faiths are acting contrary to Islam, clear ans simple. Because how on earth would the Qur'an in chapter 2 verse 256 that " There is no compulsion in religion" tend to advocate compusion in religion? And once a beduin Arab by name Abu Saeed left Islam and made some changes in the Qur'an, when Prophet's companions brought him to the Prophet, he forgave him...However, he later reverted back to Islam, willingly due to the prophet 's clemency.
