Holiness and righteousness are key requirements in the New Year - Prophet Darko-Mensah

Righteousness and Holiness are the two things Christians need to adopt in the New Year to receive the kingdom of God, Prophet Kwame Darko-Mensah, founder of the God’s Disciple College Church, Oyarifa, has said.

He said as Christians, service to God should be paramount and by so doing, all other good things shall be added unto us.

Preaching from Ecclesiastics 12: 13, Prophet Darko Mensah said the duty of man was to fear God and obey his commandments but there have been many times when Christians found it very difficult to comply by this duty.

“Man must be careful in serving his maker since one does not know when he or she would be called by our maker. Remember if you want to serve God, you must serve without fear of man and what man will say and you will receive your reward”.

The Prophet of God urged Christians and Ghanaians to learn to speak the truth for “it is only the truth that can set us free”.

The congregation prayed to God for a peace and stability to prevail in the country throughout 2013 and beyond.
