Rev Anum-Sai elevated to Apostle of Calvary Apostolic Revival Church

Rev.Ishmael Anum-Sai has been consecrated and ordained as an Apostle of the Calvary Apostolic Revival Church(CARC).He becomes the first apostle of the church under the new constitution.

Until his new office, Rev. Anum-Sai was the President of the church from 2014 till date after being in the seat of the Chairman for a while.

The ordination service was jointly performed by a senior bishop of the Action Chapel International,Bishop Isaac Clive Mould,as chief consecrator,a founding member of the Ghana Charismatic and Pentecostal Council, Apostle Daniel K.Saforo,the General Secretary of the Ghana Charismatic and Pentecostal Council, Apostle Samuel Yaw Antwi and Bishop Ben Sallah.

The grand ceremony was under the theme for the year,"My Year of Mercy" at La in the Greater Accra Region.

In a sermon,Bishop Mould urged leaders of the flock to restore sanity into the church and bring the church to its former glory.

He called for spiritual revival in the church to impact positively on national development.Bishop Mould asked Apostles to take a cue from the early apostles who sacrificed for the edification of the body of Jesus Christ to win more souls for the kingdom of God.

Bishop Mould reminded leaders of the flock to serve the people in humility,prepare and train others into their fold in order to advance the kingdom of God.

In his acceptance speech,Apostle Anum-sai pledged to lead more people into the saving knowledge of Christ and conform to the doctrines of the church.

Rising through the ranks of Chairman,President,and Apostle,the Rev.Anum-Sai has to his credit,the establishment of 13 branches of the church in Ghana.The Apostle gave the assurance that he will continue to propagate the good news through evangelism and establish more branches of the church by 2018.

On the impending elections,he asked Christians to pray for a peaceful environment to consolidate the gains of Ghana's nascent democratic dispensation.
