It is only in Ghana a Judge will accept the Bank's defence and throw the woman out of her house. They should have carried out proper checks. It even fails at the First Instance without going into the case. A good lawyer would have won the case for the woman.
That is what we pay so much to go to Law school for to defend the defenceless and be PAID for it!!!

The law must be enforced so that the Banks do the right thing too. Loans shouldn't be given out willy nilly otherwise the Banks can aldo be justified in some cases. Proper due diligence must be followed.
The Law firm i am referring to is a prominent one managed by a very prominent Politician in Accra

What I know I dodn't do was applaud him. Yes, I know he has gone to the aid of this woman but for how long is it to rehouse her? That doesn't solve the problem. What about the 50 householders in Taifa who have been evicted and the houseowners whose houses will be bulldozed? Unless something drastic is done these unscrupulous Landowners will create misery for anybody who has bought land.
I won't shut up because a lot of us face greedy landowners who sell and would resell 100 times to another unsuspecting prospective buyer unless the Govt does something about it.
Ghana is being drawn not only to the Dark Ages but to the pre-Stone Age Era, to say the least
