Niibi Ayi Bonte, Communications Director of the Gbese Stool, said Gbese was seeking for investors to help develop the educational sector to reduce illiteracy and unemployment in the area.
He said Nii Ayi Bonte II, Gbese Mantse and his elders were committed to ensuring that all school going children would be educated to help develop the area.
At a press briefing in Accra to set the records straight, he cautioned the media not to give twisted interpretations to a recent court ruling involving the stool to satisfy some personalities who wanted to gain undeserved attention.
Nii Okai Kasablofo IV, Principal Kingmaker of the Gbese Stool, said the only legitimate King of Gbese was Nii Ayi Bonte II, and he had been recognised as such.
He said Nii Ayi Bonte, kingmakers and elders of the Gbese Stool have inducted three divisional chiefs into office namely; Nii Komey Papa Asa III as Papase Mantse, Nii Saka I as Akweteiman Dzaasetse and Nii Oku Okuley II as Manyira Dzaasetse to help with the developmental process.
